Applications are invited on plain paper for the post of Junior Research Fellow in the ICMR funded project entitled “Immunological mechanisms in superficial Dermatophytosis: exploring the keratinocyte-immune cell cross talk” under Prof. Biman Saikia, Principal Investigator, Dept. of Immunopathology as per details given below:-
Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
No. of posts: 01 position
Essential Qualification: Masters (1st Class) in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or Cell Biology
Desirable: NET/GATE clear candidate
Upper Age limit: 25 years (Relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH/Women candidates as per rules)
Remuneration: As per ICMR Rules
Duration: The engagement in the project is purely on a temporary basis for a maximum of 01 year, extendable on a yearly basis depending upon satisfactory performance. The appointment can be terminated by either party by giving one month’s notice or stipend thereof. Please note that this appointment does not confer any right on the incumbent to any claim implicit or explicit on any position at PGIMER/ICMR, New Delhi.

Interested candidates who fulfill the above conditions are
required to submit their complete bio-data, duly signed, along with photocopies of certificates/testimonials supporting their date of birth, qualification/experience, etc. The bio-data should be affixed with the latest photograph. The documents must be submitted by 29.11.2023 at 03.00 PM to the office of Prof. Biman Saikia, Department of Immunopathology, 4th Floor, Research Block-A, PGIMER. Candidates must also appear for a personal interview on 30/11/2023 at 11.00 AM at the same address, with their original certificates.
