The Special Centre for Molecular Medicines at Jawaharlal Nehru University is seeking applications for the following purely temporary posts in the DST-SERB-CRG Sponsored Project No. CRG/2021/003291/IBS, entitled “Characterizing The Oncogenic Role of TET3 and Associated Epigenetic Marks 5- Hydorxymethylcytosine in Gene Regulation and Pathogenesis of Acute Myeloid Leukemia”.

End Date of Advertisement: 10th October 2023
Position: Junior Research Fellow
Salary: Rs. 31,000/- +HRA
Essential Qualification:
- Masters degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biological Sciences / Zoology / Molecular Medicine with strong academic record
- Preference will be given to candidates who have qualified NET / GATE
Desirable Qualification:
- Research experience in the fields of epigenetics and cancer biology
- Experience in protein expression and purification, cloning, DNA and RNA isolation, PCR, Western Blotting, Spectroscopy Bioinformatics
- Research experience with handling laboratory animals
