Role Description
This is a full-time remote Intern role for a Bioinformatics / Computational Biology Intern at BioSymphony. In this role, you will work closely with our team of experts to gain hands-on experience in applying computational models to solve complex challenges within biophysics and biomedicine. You will have the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge in a collaborative and supportive environment that values scientific excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with Biological simulation. Experience in GROMACS or Amber.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, and MATLAB.
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and statistical methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
