About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our quality assurance and quality control team in Bengaluru. As a QA/QC Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products through rigorous testing and inspection. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality standards, conduct regular audits, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar role
• BSc or MSc in Food Technology or related field
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Assess product quality and compliance with standards
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to specifications
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of testing procedures
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
