Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service, managing and resolving high-stress situations with effective communication skills
- Delight customers by providing support, including training and troubleshooting

- Achieve established business metrics, including service sales and key performance indicators
- Utilize remote support tools to proactively improve instrument uptime
- Continuously improve expertise through learning and certifications
- Support the commercial team with technical queries and participate in conferences and technical seminars
Job Specifications: Minimum Skill, Education, Experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Science (Microbiology/Biochemistry)
- Relevant experience required, with practical experience of interfacing with customers preferred
- Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
