- Provide superior customer service, managing and resolving high-stress situations with effective communication skills

- Utilize remote support tools to proactively improve instrument uptime

Job Specifications: Minimum Skill, Education, Experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Science (Microbiology/Biochemistry)
