The Department of Food Processing Technology at Karunya University is currently inviting applications for a full-time PhD scholar position. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in one of the following areas: Microbiology, Microbial Biotechnology, Food Nanotechnology, or Food Technology.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research activities in the chosen field of specialization
- Collaborate with faculty members and fellow researchers
- Analyze and interpret research data
- Prepare research reports and publications
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and workshops
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong background and interest in Microbiology, Microbial Biotechnology, Food Nanotechnology, or Food Technology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research team
